Analysis
Powerfy™ performs analyses of raw inputs, waste, water and energy audits in accordance with AS/NZS 3598 for a wide variety of businesses. These audits are great tools to compare theoretical performance with actual performance and to identify any opportunities or problem areas to investigate further. It begins with data – identifying and analysing patterns to develop comprehensive profiles showing what is used and how. In addition to energy data, we integrate other information such as air quality, people, raw materials, water, steam, weather, production and building management system, API, PLC or SCADA data.
Project Development & Management
Powerfy™ is a project developer and provides project identification, feasibility studies, business cases, technical design, specifications and project management services for commercial, industrial, agricultural and multi-dwelling residential facilities. Our projects are implemented by experienced engineers and qualified technicians. We provide specialist finance and access to grants, rebates and certificates to maximise your profits.
Measurement and Verification
Measurement and Verification (M&V) accurately and transparently reports savings. The IPMVP defines best practice and Powerfy™ are experts in completing IPMVP compliant plans and reports, determining savings using statistical models of consumption, generation, demand and cost. Powerfy™ is an Accredited Person under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program for energy-saving and solar PV projects at business and non-residential sites in VIC using M&V, including a mix of technologies, fuels, techniques and upgrades.
